RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RENTER
Renter must ensure adult supervision at all times during use.
No flips, rough play, shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects inside the unit.
Do not operate in high winds or rain.
Renter agrees to inspect the unit upon delivery and notify Savannah Grant of any concerns before use.
Renter is responsible for damages due to misuse or neglect.
Age & Size Guidelines
Ages 1–8: Max of 5 children at a time
No teens or adults unless the unit is rated for all ages.
Weather & Use
Do not use in high winds, rain, or lightning. Immediately exit and unplug during storms.
Keep the blower running at all times while in use. Do not cover or block it.
Secure the unit properly with provided stakes or sandbags before use.
Power & Setup The blower must be plugged into a dedicated 110V outlet within 50 feet. Do not move the bounce house or blower after setup.

If the unit deflates, exit calmly and check the blower and power source.
CLEANING & DAMAGE
Please return the unit in the same clean condition. A cleaning fee ($20) may apply for excessive mess.
You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, sharp objects, or neglect.
LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE
I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged in through the rental of a bounce house brings with it both known and unanticipated risks to myself, my guests, and any participants. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by myself or any participant, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of renting this equipment, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Savannah Grant, her employees, or agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by myself or any participants, while using the rental equipment or due to negligence.
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to sign this agreement.
