Use Of Equipment
Renter agrees to use all equipment in a careful, lawful, and proper manner.
Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose.
Renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.
Equipment shall not be left unattended in unsecured areas.
Cleaning & Damage
Equipment must be returned in clean and working condition.
A cleaning fee of $20 will be charged if equipment is returned dirty.
Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.
Damaged or missing parts will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
Liability Waiver
The Owner is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of the rented equipment. Renter uses the equipment at their own risk.
